Nannies on the Go
Fees for Permanent Full-Time and Permanent Part-Time Nanny and Babysitting Services:
Our processing and pre-screening insures you will receive a qualified Nanny that is selected based on your needs and expectations. Like other nanny agencies, we charge the family a one-time fee based on an annual commitment. Our rates vary for our multiple levels of services. There are separate fees associated with the Nanny provider and the babysitting services. However, most Nannies will charge between $10.00-$15.00 per hour based on experience. At Nannies On The Go we will confidently replace your Nanny within a six-month period at no additional cost. Our commitment is to make sure your caregiver is right for your family.
Referral Fees
For temporary Nannies, we do not charge a registration fee. However, we do provide a very affordable service that allows you to interview our pre-screened candidates for a lower, one-time only non-refundable flat fee.
In this case, the fee covers the costs of screening and presenting candidates. You will have access to a maximum of three pre-screened, qualified Nanny candidates -- the same candidates available to our full time families. We will be happy to provide you with a list of our professional screening questions.
However, you are responsible for setting up interviews and negotiating salaries and hours. The agency will not be responsible if a temporary Nanny does not fulfill her commitment. We do not offer a replacement period with this program.
Family Membership
We also offer an annual Family Membership that allows you to access our Nanny registry for an unlimited amount of times throughout the year. You pay one annual fee and we can schedule our pre-screened, skilled and experienced Nannies from our registry. If you plan on booking a Nanny for 25 or more days per year, this is the best value for your family.

Tutors on the Go
Our processing and pre-screening insures you will receive a qualified, focused Tutor that is selected based on your child’s specific needs. Each Tutor will contact your child’s teacher to develop an individualized program that is focused on their learning style and achievement. Consistent sessions are critical to improvement.
Rates vary based on the experience of the Tutor and subjects you select. Most range in cost from $20.00-$50.00 an hour.
If an individual screening by our Psychiatrist is requested, the initial fee is $175.00
Our rates are based on a monthly Fee, so you can accurately evaluate the progress of your child with the Tutor.
